What is Kaizen Oasis?

Kaizen Oasis is a online consumer store which aims to provide customers with the top to the line Kitchenware and House Appliances at the best prices, with complete transparency.

Why is everything so affordable, is this a scam?

No this is not a scam! The team behind Kaizen Oasis are consumers as well and we know how important it is to get a quality product regardless of the amount paid. We also hate getting slapped in the face with heavy tax, and shipping fees when we go out and shop.

How long are shipping times?

Shipping times range anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks in the USA, for some international Countries it may be a bit longer. Please keep in mind that shipping is free, or low in cost, so please be patient for your order, we are trying to get it to you ASAP.

Why can't you ship to my area?

Currently there are holds and customs laws in place that don't allow us to ship to any US Armed Forces, Sweden and Argentina. We apologize to our supporters in these regions as it is not in our control.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they are on the way.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product is damaged just give us an email and we will ship a brand new one right away!
